We’ve given suggestions for where to purchase books by Witsius before, but sometimes it can be really difficult to find them, especially his Sacred Dissertations sets on the Apostle’s Creed and the Lord’s Prayer. Fortunately, RHB has republished his major works in a handsome five-volume set.
This hardcover set contains his Economy of the Covenants (2 volumes), his dissertations on the Apostle’s Creed (2 volumes), and his dissertations on the Lord’s Prayer (1 volume). You can purchase them individually, but the real discount is if you purchase them all as Witsius’ Major Works.
Unfortunately, there aren’t many good places to get Witsius, so this should prove very exciting. Further, if these sell well, perhaps more people will be convinced to take a look at the rest of Witsius’ “major works” such as Egypt and Dekaphylon, Irenic Animadversions, and his Sacred Miscellanies (find more of Witsius’ works here). There is a lot to Witsius that still needs to be mined.
